Successful TestingAIde implementation requires close collaboration between our technical teams and your IT and quality assurane staff, with clear delineation of responsibilities for infrastructure and connectivity establishment. Your organization's input regarding integration requirements, security policies, and operational procedures ensures that the final deployment aligns perfectly with your specific needs and existing processes.
Customer Infrastructure Responsibilities include providing and maintaining the network infrastructure and services required for secure connectivity to our platform. For VPN connectivity, your organization must deploy and maintain VPN gateway infrastructure, configure firewall rules, and establish routing policies for dedicated network connectivity, you must procure carrier services and maintain the network infrastructure required for dedicated links to our platform.
Technical Contact Designation enables effective communication and coordination throughout the implementation process. These contacts serve as the primary interface between your organization and our implementation team, ensuring that questions are answered quickly and decisions are made efficiently. Your technical contacts should include network engineering staff responsible for connectivity implementation and development team leaders responsible for integrations.
Security Requirement Definition ensures that our implementation meets all applicable compliance obligations and internal security policies while providing the necessary technical specifications for your infrastructure implementation. Your security team's input regarding access controls, network requirements, and audit procedures helps us configure TestingAIde to meet your specific governance requirements while ensuring that your connectivity infrastructure aligns with organizational security standards.
Ongoing Operational Partnership
User access management remains consumer’s responsibility, ensuring that TestingAIde access permissions continue to align with employee roles and responsibilities as your organization evolves. Our administrative interfaces provide the tools needed for efficient user management while maintaining detailed audit trails of all access changes.
Access control is managed through the creation and assignment of two role types: Functional Roles and Access Roles. Functional Roles determine a user's ability to interact with specific features and functionalities of the platform—such as test creation, configuration management, reporting, or dashboard access. This ensures that users are only able to perform actions relevant to their responsibilities. Access Roles, on the other hand, govern the user's access to critical external resources such as cloud credentials, access tokens, and resource groups. These roles enforce granular access boundaries, preventing unauthorized use of sensitive configurations or data integrations.
By assigning appropriate Functional and Access Roles to each user, administrators can enforce a clear and secure separation of duties across the platform, aligning access rights with operational needs while supporting compliance and traceability.
